start off slow and work up. start with at least a mile a day. then work up to 3 or 4. then try running one. running is a GREAT way to get in shape and lose weight. it also gives u great legs!! good luck

Start with short distances, before you talk about miles. Walk short ones, then go joggin.

do as many miles as you can comfortably. And with each passing time you do it, it will get easier and you'll be able to do more, the thing is to just keep building up and do as much as you can.

walking is a great way to burn a few calories...but to tone up your legs you have to do target exercises...body sculpt its a program on fit tv...its great
