best and cheapest is Shea Butter, Find the 100% variety...heathfood stores...fair trade stores..., L'Occtaine makes one in a tube but it's waaaaaaay too expensive. CoCo butter is okay...but nothing beats the power of Shea (pronounced Shay) It comes from some african nut..slather it all over those unsightly streatchmarks and bob's yr uncle!

When thinking about your skin remember that Diet and excersize are your best friends...drink lots of water, nix the sugar and fat. You wont get a full recovery (unless you go for surgery) but they will fade in time if you are commited and not lazy.

Don't nix the fat. At least not the good fat (olive oil, grape seed oil, fatty fish, nuts). Otherwise your skin will lose elasticity.
