its used for models, i think most of the time, but i really need it and i hope they sell them today. its a big camera, those postcard kind of looking pictures come out. haha i have no idea.

You're looking for a Polaroid camera. There are many different models still being manufactured. Ask at the photography department of a major department store or at a camera store. More than likely, they'll have a model or two for sale that you can look at. The film is widely available, though expensive. You can find deals on it - check eBay. Polaroids are tons of fun, just because they're so unique. If you buy (on the used market) a camera that can take SX-70/Time Zero film, you can manipulate the dyes in the picture with a knitting needle and come up with very cool effects. Polaroid is what you want. I just checked eBay and they list a bunch of them. Don't forget you will need the poloroid film to fit your camera.

its a polaroid but that's just a common name. I don't think it is the technical name. Other brands make them as well. Yes as far as I know you can still buy them. I think they sell them at Walmart.
