Dont scratch! use lotion like Avon has a stretch mark one that i been using execpt mine are old marks that i cant do anything about it. I heard that the pinkish are newer marks that you can treat but the white or whiter than your skin tone are only gone with laser or something is a medical procedure what you have to do. Since yours are only starting use some kind of cream that will help you reduce them. Do you know why are you getting them are you getting extra pounds? If you know the reason change your habits that will help too.

Yes this is a 9-1-1 situation because if they get worse, I'm gonna stop checkin' you out.

A couple of tips:

1. don't get heavier, that'll stretch them even further.
2. do not eat to the point that you find yourself full. That will put too much food mass in your stomach area and will cause the skin to stretch.
3. do not literally pull on it.
4. do not get surgeries; that'll cause it to stretch, so that means, stay in tune with your health.

You are a human and that means you have a body. Like a car, you must maintain that body so that you look your very best.

I heard that rubbing cocoa butter will help the skin to stretch and be more flexible so that you won't get stretch marks as much. At drugstores they have lotions for pregnant women to prevent stretch marks on their bellies, I'm sure it would work the same way on hips too!

I don't know whether or not cocoa butter will reverse the process, but I know women that swear it will prevent it if religously during pregnancy. I can attest to the fact that A) they had children, & B) they had no stretch marks.
If you are not pregnant, as someone else mentioned, stop gaining weight!

That's just part of having children. I've heard you can use cocoa butter on them and they will go away. I never had any stretch marks so I never had to worry about them.
