If it is a short fall sometimes cats don't have time to "right" themselves, my cat rolls over on the sofa from time to time and lands on his side on the floor, it's only a foot or 2 so he didn't have time to find his centre of balance and land on all 4 feet. It's not uncommon.

Cats CAN be clumsy, we had one who'd run into the glass door trying to catch ducks-multiple times. Dumber than a sack of hammers, but she was healthy.
If she got right back up, I'm sure she's fine.
If she's having motor problems(acting like she's dizzy, or unusually sluggish), her poop looks unusual or anything else seems to be wrong with her, you'll want to take her to the vet ASAP, as she could have an infection, or some other problem thats making her sluggish.
otherwise she's probably OK.

Cat's usually land on their feet, but not always. It kind of depends on how far they fall. If the cat doesn't seem to be injured then I wouldn't worry about it.

She most likely got caught off guard and just didn't have time to get situated before she hit the ground. My girl kitty is a huge klutz and always does crazy stuff like miss a step on the stairs and stuff, but unless she shows signs of being hurt she is fine. Just give her a hug and make yourself feel better.

I'm sure she'll be fine. Lots of cats land on their sides instead of their feet at times and they are fine. It'll be ok.

She just didn't have time to alter her body to get into position to land on her feet. Calm down, unless she is acting hurt I wouldn't worry about it.
