So first off, as a fellow Canadian living in the UK, the store bought pancakes everyone is talking about are NOT the pancakes your girlfriend is looking for. You are seriously gonna have to make them yourself..... try canadian recipe websites. They're so easy to make, but definately make sure you have some syrup to go along withthem!

If she is craving canadian pancakes, then I guess that a lot of other Canadians are.
How about get a Canadian pancake recipe, learn to make you own, sell them and make money?

Place an egg in 4 oz plain flour and stir a little milk at a time as you stir until it's the right consistency for you. That's all there is to it! You can add a teaspoonful of custard if you miss that vanilla taste (you sound American or Canadian!). Enjoy.
