Pain killers do not help and it is not a migraine because I get those as well.

Perhaps you're allergic to chocolate. Why don't you try vanilla pudding and see if you still get the headache. I suppose if it becomes a huge problem, you might want to make an appointment with an Allergist to get a test on what you are allergic to.

This is why my human ALWAYS makes her own brownies. Plus, they are the dark chocolate kind and WAY more chocolatey than the usual brownie. Of course, they are not the "usual" brownies anyway. The only thing the Little Debbies will give you is a sugar high and then you crash. Not really all that fun...

I get a headache from drinking even half a glass of Pepsi - it doesn't matter whether it's caffeine-free or not - I guess I can't handle the artificial chemicals in it.

I get them from eating chocolate, but it's a good possibility you are allergic to sugar, or a common ingredient in the foods you mention. Could be a preservative in them.

May I suggest that you don't eat chocolate? If that's the cause of a headache, then eliminate the cause. Perhaps it's the sugar and not the chocolate.

Well I thought it was caffeine but sounds like a common ingredient in all the foods talk to a nutritionist and see. They could put you on a diet and solve all your problems.

You could be allergic to the cocoa or chocolate! In this case, I think you should just send anything you have that's chocolate to me. I'll eat it for you. :)
