You are quite right to be afraid of them.
Avoid them whever and wherever possible.
Do NOT get vaccinated.
A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your body.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

Hi, I am an R.n. when you need a shot or blood work tell the person you are not good with needles. Ask for a small gauge{size} needle They are less painful ,you might not even feel them. If you need blood drawn, tell them you need the best phlebotomist { they draw blood} They have lots of experience and will usually get it on the 1st try. When you need a shot or blood draw , take a deep breath and look away when they stick you. This is what I do for my patients, and it works well. Good luck in the future. Ps. lots of people are afraid so don't worry about admitting it. Just don't let the new guys practice on you. R.n.

I have to get blood tests every 3 weeks and I hate it. I just look away. I crane my head all the way over the opposite shoulder. I always ask for the most experienced nurses too. They can usually get the needle in without hurting you. Good luck!

AAAAAAAAHHHHH! I totally hate it to, but it helps if you look away, relax you body, and concentrate really hard on something. Also tell them you are scared they can give you a smaller needle of a better nurse. You can also buy numbing cream! Totally works. I buy the stuff you are supposed to use before you get waxed. Thank you numbing cream.
Hope this Hepls!

First, when you sit down for your shots or blood-draw, relax your body as much as possible. The tenser you are, the harder it is to get the needle in. Think of your next vacation, or your beautiful children, something that makes you happy.

Did you tell them about your fear? You need to. There are things they can do. They have a topical numbing medication that numbs the skin so you don't feel it. Then all you have to do is look away and you won't even know you are being stuck.
What are you afraid of? What scares you about being stuck? Is it pain? What? You have to know why you are afraid then you can work through that fear.

I dont like them either. I just look away. You can always take a deep breath right before they give you a shot and then breathe out really hard when they stick it in......thats what works for piercings.
