i just trned 14 and im still only 4'11.. all of my friends are taller than me, and i get made fun of every single day.. even 11 year olds are taller than me and have more arm hair than me and a deeper voice? why am i not growing????

everyone grows at different paces, don't worry. you'll be fine. a few people i know where like about 4'10 one year then like 2 years later their like 5'9! guys grow fast once they hit the point that's right for them.

nothing is wrong with you. Some people just grow at different rates. You will go through another growth spurt at 16 maybe. people also are drinking more milk these days. Perhaps the growth hormones get into the cows milk and cause your friends to grow more rapidly. Drink milk, and eat meat.

If it is a big enough concern of yours to ask, then perhaps you should ask your parents and doctor about it. I know one child who had problems with his thyroid gland causing him to have a lapse in growth. That's pretty rare, though. It will make you feel better to have a doctor's professional opinion. So, talk to your folks, and see if they will arrange a checkup for you.

Those who mature later in life tend to have more testosterone therefore you will be bigger and have a deeper voice than those that are making fun of you. Can you say revenge??

Height is determined by heredity. Are your parents short or tall? Plus, boys tend to grow later than girls. Don't worry, you should be fine:)
