fish and chips, of course!
shepherd's pie

If Scottish counts, I fell in love with Scottish Eggs. With the sausage and breading and all? I live in the US and even have made them myself. All my friends say they're disgusting and I don't know why! They're a breakfast in themselves!

I also miss Ribena from when I visited. So good. And I learned how to like vinegar on fries which my friends here also think is weird.

I can't think of any bad dishes I've had. I even liked haggis!

English as in British correct? Well I have never had any British dishes but I've heard spotted dick is good. By the way where did that name come from? It seems so outlandish.

I think the British do most fish very well, as long as you don't order it with the anaemic white sauce. Shepherds pie, roast meat of any sort, but Yorkshire pudding is awful, and so is bubble and squeak.
We love crumpets but were disappointed in scones, and thought they were flavorless and boring.

A curry, a vindaloo, or maybe tandoori chicken are my favorite English dishes ;-)
I love tiffen. And summer pudding. Hate Yorkshire puddings- tasted like wet socks (I imagine).

I had some nice gammon. Some other dishes I had from a small pub. I cannot remember what they were, but they were good.
