To make a long story short, I bought a stereo which was alot of money, it didn't work, I sent it back and it's been over a month and no response. Everytime I call these people they give me the runaround. I bought from this seller before and everything was fine. But this time around it sucks. What are some threatening words I can use without cursing? (I'll prolly end up doing that anyway) Any help would be apprecitated

They did send it to the manufacturer, but by entering the serial number, they said they haven't even recieved yet...

I work for a 'manufacturer' and I hear about this kind of story from our customer service group often.
in reality there is little you can do or threaten. You are one customer and that won't affect their bottom line much, which is all that they care about. if you say lawyer, they probably won't believe you would spend that kind of money.
At this point the manufacturer should be your best friend. call their customer service group and explain your situation. they should be willing to call the dealer on your behalf. they can threaten the dealer with things like cancelling their authorized dealer status.
KEEP ALL PAPER WORK! in order to do anything you will have to be able to show what you did. that makes the dealer have to show what they did.

If you still want to do something yourself the most legitimate thing to do is file a claim with small claims court. You can usually do this without a lawyer.
if you have the time the next thing to do is interfere with their business, legally though. You can stand in front of the store and tell people going in about your experience, even hand out flyers. That should get action out of the dealer in under an hour. if you bought on the internet then try to flame them in a discussion forum that you think they read. Remember the squeeky wheel gets the oil, so you have to squeek loud enough that they notice.

Did you want a repacement or your money back? They are probably sending it back to the manufacturer.
Yes 'lawyer' does often work.
Ask to speak to a manager or supervisor.
