I have a 16m/o and need to lose some weight. I am not joining a gym and do not own any equipment. What exercieses can I do after my baby is asleep indoors that will help? I cant take her out walking in our neighborhood so it must be inside. Thanks for any tips or advice.

do 20 min of cardio jogging in place lunges swatts, do sit ups go up and down stairs....hey doing laundry can be exercise.....

If you can atleast go into your patio then jumproping is a great way to lose weight. I guess a jumprope can be considered equipment :) but they are pretty inexpensive.

Another way would be to just get some headphones and dance music and do some cardio around the house. And you can do crunches, sit ups, push ups and just get an overall workout.

Get some videos but make sure they dont need any extra equiptment. I have some videos, but i also had to buy weights and a ball. there are some out there that dont need anything.

winsor pilaties do wonders i think it cost like 10 dollars 2 of my friends(that have kids) and me have used them they are skinnier then they were before and then anyone our age i was close but wasn't as into it just did it once in a while and i am preg again so i am not gonna work my butt off lol

jump rope, aerobics workout videos, another thing that I have heard that works is 6 week body makeover..its expensive but its has a guarantee to loose so much in that 6 weeks or your money back
