If your in England, we know it's hard for you to speak reasonable ENGLISH, but for God's sake, at least try to spell it properly !

You said her husband didn't sign for a passport but you did not say if she (the daughter) had a passport?

Without a passport I don't think it is possible.

Your friend needs to talk to someone at the Polish embassy if she is Polish or the embassy of whichever country she is citizen and ask their advice.

if you are both working and not in receipt of any public funds, i.e. benefits then you could sponsor her to come over.

you will need to see a solicitor to set up the paper work and you will need to provide proof of your income to prove to the authorities that she will not be a burden on the state.

for your information: if she has a birth certificate then her mothers/fathers name will be on it
