I have never believed in love at first sight until I saw this man. He told one of our coworkers that he has been "digging" me. But he doesn't know I am a Catholic. I am a vegatarian, like him but for diferent reasons. Do you think that when he finds out, he will give me a chance??

It's been known to happen, but don't do it on the hope or plan that he might convert one day it will never happen. Saw same situation happen with a cousin of mine, a girl thought he would convert, Jewish people just don't convert.

Just think it all out first though, because when you are married and have a child and you believe it must be babtized, he will not allow it in the catholic form. Do you want to deal with that? Some people just don't mix like couples where one is pro-choice and the other is not. Sleep on it. Hope this helps.

Does religion play a big part in your life. If it does, then you are wasting your time with a Jew. It is inbred to despise Christianity. Few and far between to have a Jew convert honestly to Christianity and to love Jesus Christ. Do yourself a favor, stick to the Catholics, "love at first sight" is a myth and not real life

I think it all depends on how Jewish he is. I mean how closely he follows the religion. If religion in his family matters greatly, well, I'm sure he'll make it a point to find out your religious background. If he doesn't give you a chance after that, well, then it wasn't meant to be.

Well, unless I'm mistaken, I think Jews are supposed to "stay within their faith" as far as dating and marriage is concerned. I don't mean to be the rain on the parade or anything, but I think that is the case.

But it probably also depends on how devout he is, and what type of Jew he is, and all that. I'm sure there are different beliefs among all of them.

It can work, there are many Catholic/Jewish unions. Jesus was Jewish. Go out with him, he "digs" you, and try not to take life so seriously.

Yes, sure! Of course! Although it may be a good idea to find out if he's a Reformed Jew, which means he may have fewer dietary restrictions, or is he more conservative.

I will tell you what i tell alot of people... It doesn't matter what religion you are... how you look... how you dress... how popular you are... Like me I am Catholic: I dated a Baptist.. She didn't look good (no effence Elizabeth) she didn't dress good (Sorry again Elizabeth) and well to be truthfull she wasn't popular (don't hit me Elizabeth)! but she was funny, kind, carring.... that's all that matters

Love at first sight does not exist; it's called infatuation.
It doesn't who you love; just be sure he is single and is worthy of you. Now that takes time. Take care now.

Throughout the course of history, religion has done nothing but divide. Break those barriers, approach him, and say whats up. He shouldn't care, and neither should you.

I have known a number of people that are in inter-faithed marriages.

The key is to respect your partner's beliefs as you have yours.

He may not believe as you do, but it is our differences that make life interesting.
