Do you mean a conclusion? Or just additional writing?

How about a list of characters and who they are (their backstories beyond what you know about them in the story)?

Something that gives more information about the town where the story is located?

You need to back it up with real names and instances? That's an index where you put names alphabetically under catagoreys. Or is your teacher asking for a bibliography of the books you've read on the subject you're supposed to write about? Then you list the books alphabetically last name first, the given name, Title of the book, publisher, date of publication, location of publisher and the ISBN number and page number if you used a quotation or copied some of the words from it.

Or is it an epilogue, how the story ended in real life?

Depends on what you're writing your story on, you can provide some pictures of your story. You can put your picture and something about yourself like a real author might. Like where you were born, what your fave hobbies are, why you liked the story you had to write. Stuff like that.
