Eat three square meals a day. Two healthy snacks. Take a walk-daily. And nothing after 6PM.
When I was 12 years old, I followed this diet. My meals were anything my mother made for us. In a moderate proportion.
I lost more weight (doing the above), then I have at any other time or on any other diet I've ever been on.
Give it a go. Bet you'd do really well.

example
breakfast: milk and cereals or a slice of bread with honey and a glass of milk, or a slice of bread with a slice of cheese and milk, and a fruit
snack: fresh fruit juice
lunch: red meat twice a week, fish 1-2 times a week, cooked vegetables like peas, fresh beans etc. twice a week, lentiles, beans etc. twice a week. all meals should be accompanied by a big salad
dinner: a big salad with a slice of bread and cheese or a yogurt with fruits or a boiled egg with a big salad and a slice of bread
maximum 2 teaspoon of sugar, lot of water, avoid butter, use olive oil in cooking, allow yourself to eat some candy from time to time, always ear 3 main meals on regular hours, and a snack between. Calories vary to age, current weight and level of activity, u need at least 2000 calories per day.
You need ALL foods, in balanced quantities. i would really recommend go see a nutritionist that will give u a healthy diet that matches your preferences and specific needs, now that u are still young and can change your habits more easily to healthy ones :)

There isn't one...it's not safe for a 12 year old to be dieting. Their body isn't finished growing yet and it could cause damage. Eating healthy is the best thing and staying active.

you dont need any kind of diet that is out there for adults.
what you should do is cut out the fatty and sugar stuff, eat healthy.
drink milk and water. get lots of exercise. if you are hitting puberty about now you will be dealing with acne and watching your diet will also help some with that.
you can do it, it just takes lots of willpower, but you will feel much better.
