how can i make my tounge feel better i have a sensitive tounge and i ate alot of warheads now it hurts really bad its what u feel when lick to much powder of somthing it kinda burns but i want it to feel better

first of all you do want to see a doctor, asap, once any kind of medical disorders have been ruled out then you can consider something cold like icecream, frozen yougurt, oragel etc, good luck
