My boyfriend recently broke up with me and I found out it was because his friends thought I took up too much of his time. I don't demand too much of his time, everytime we saw each other he wanted to also. I don't see why his friends got to be so selfihs and can't be understanding that I need attention too.

He wants to be with me but that's what's holding him back and now he's trying to push me away so I'll move on, but I love him. I think if I just give him more space it might help but I still don't know exactly what to do.

And what do I do while I wait? Because I feel really lonely and hurt. =/

Remember this: he doesn't tell his friends how much he cares for you. It will eventually come down to him deciding whether he wants to be with a great girl or his friends. Friends are nice, but, let's be honest. Imagine what's going to happen once his friends get gf's. Stay as patient as you can. He'll figure it out eventually. Try not to put a time frame on it.

Girl, this is a guy talking (I'm 60 so I've been around). If the guy thinks more of what his friends think than he does how you feel, what makes you think it will ever work between you two. He has a lot of growing up to do. Yes, you need to give him some space, but not to the point that he makes you feel forgotten and lonely. Get over him and find someone who can put you first.

What a wimp to dump you for his guy friends told him too why couldn't he stay with you and you could of worked out a compromise with each other letting him see his friends during the week and you can see him one day out of the weekend something like that either way cut your losses and find a guy that won't break up with you for his friends told him so - you deserve better GF !!

Ummm does he have a mind of his own? If he wanted to be with you then he would be. Unless his friends are holding him at gun point and keeping him from you. Seems to me that his friends are more important to him than you are.

It's his friends that made the decision for him. Either talk to him about it or find someone who makes up his own mind and doesn't allow his friend's to decide who he is.

Your man isn't a man because he listens to his friends. Forget his butt.
