Your only solution is to contact your dentist. He or she already has the impressions of your mouth and all that needs to be done is have that impression sent back to the lab to refabricate a retainer.
I'm not sure why you can't reach your dentist, but if it is a money issue, usually orthodontists will help you out by letting you make payments. If this is not the case and you can't locate your dentist then find another one who can help you.
If you don't wear your retainer, your teeth will begin to shift (over time) back to their normal postion. This will take years, but why wait?

You can go see another dentist or orthodontist and they will take new impressions(models) to make u a new retainer for u.

you will have to see a dentist, sorry. Retainers are one of a kind, so you can't just get a replacement from a drugstore.

You have to go to your dentist. They have the molds of your mouth. I don't know what you mean you can't "access" them? Just call the office.
