It is only pornographic if your mind lets it be. My children are not old enough to understand many of the concepts or imagery used in the text yet. So I give them the main ideas and stick to the children's bible. But once they become old enough to understand I hope they will want to read it.

The bible is simply explaing how bad the temptation was. It's gross? good! Maybe it will let others realize their sin in comparison. Would I let a kid read that? No not really. Ezekiel isn't a real good place to start with a kid. Obveoustly a story like that needs to be recognised, as a piece of scripture for older folk. For young readers, I would just go through the gospils, and some stuff in the old testament like genesis.

,It is if it turns you on. Humans have the capacity to be turned on and off by the strangest things. Just some people can kill and enjoy it. It is a good thing not many of us are like that, won't you say. It is not a joking matter.
Unfortunately, in America, our culture is so loosely defined and identifiable that a little thing like the Iraq War just unchains the devil in many of us. Not me or you, but others. Humans in street talk, can be "dogs" at best, stinky "dogs".
To much freedom is not a good thing, and prisons are not a very functional way to keep people safe in a society that has to much freedom when it comes to money.
Money buys dog chow!

Yes it is rather explicit, but so is life. It's much better than having our children learning about this from the kids at school (who don't know anything), or on TV, or from some other source that won't be able to give you the consequences for such actions. At least by reading about these things in the bible, our children will also learn how much God hated these actions of His people, and how hard life is on them when they have turned their back on Him.

I smell pork! I don't think anybody whacks off while reading the Bible but it does have some interesting passages.
I guess you have to understand the context of the culture in which it was written.

Sexuality isn't automatically pornography. Porn is the perversion of sex. Since God made human kind male and female, obviously He had intended for there to be sex. The crap that passes for it now days is pure sickness. Romans 1:18-32

Man is can be very vulger. To not call their practices to justice would be wrong. Why would you want to hide what is evil? To make it known is to bring it to juctice. Only evil men want to hide their works.
