Yes, we need more humanity. Most people who answered your question put in the condition that they will only love others if they are the children of Adam, or followers of Jesus etc.
The 1st person answering assumes that you are a Muslim/Christian, he cant even think that other religons teach Peace and Love too.
So the answer is no as most people are fanatics.

No. I do not feel that without the love of Jesus Christ in my life I could truly love anyone who is not a friend or family member. Now, that I know Jesus He has given me the ability to love all people including strangers I see walking the street. Can I love you and not impose my religious views on you if you do not want to hear them? Yes!
