This is in Florida. A female friend I was making out with all of a sudden grabbed me below the belt. I yelled at her and left. I don't care if she wanted to go farther with me. She claimed to be a born-again too and always bashed me for my lack of faith. I am very upset by all of this.

How was this consensual? If I grabbed a girl's breasts or *** I would end up on a sex offender registry.

This woman is a "born-again" not me.

Depends on how much embarrassment you can take and are willing to put others through. You are right, if you grab a woman it's a crime. So put the shoe on the other foot and go for it. Women get away with too much in that regard anyway. Since the advent of women's lib I have said, If they want to be treated equal (and they should be) then treat them equal.

If you are a minor, and this is really upsetting to you, talk to a parent or other trusted adult.

Assuming that you are both adults, you should definitely not take the action you propose. If you were successful in making a case of this, you would be asking for embarrassment in your church and community. Nobody would have any sympathy for you for making such a big deal out of a very inconsequantial event that most people would consider at least normal if not to be desired. Furthermore, you'd be embarrassing someone who cares about you just because she made a slight mistake in her judgment of you.

If that's not enough, there is very little chance anyone would take you seriously at the police station or D.A.'s office. You said you were "making out" with her. That sounds like passionate kissing which is very commonly a precursor to other sexual acts. Even if someone took you seriously, you couldn't possbly convince a finder of fact (judge or jury) that a crime occurred.

In the future, you need to make your position clear to a woman before becoming physically involved. You should never assume that she will guess that "making out" is ok with you, but that anything else is not.

What the heck do you think comes from "making out" ???? Did you really expect that a game of tonsil hockey would end up with the two of you in the kitchen baking cookies?? Stop whining and either enjoy the wonderful world of sex or don't put yourself in those positions to begin with. To answer your question....NO, you can't make a complaint against her.

You said "no" and left, which is the best thing you could have done. Charges would not stand, as you were already engaged in a sexual act.
If you did not leave, and she then forced herself on you after you said this, then you may have had a case.

Keep it to yourself though, and hope to hell the girl doesn't talk, because you are the exception to the norm.

I am sorry if you were "making out" with her, you deserved it. Women are just as bad as men when it comes to getting a lil hot and bothered in the sexual dept. Don't put yourself in those positions at all if you don't want it. And as far as being "born again".....dont use that as a cop out.

Nope...she didn't batter you. If you two were making out, grabbing your privates isn't "battery". It's foreplay. If she grabbed too hard, it could have been an honest mistake, not intentionally meant to hurt you.

Get over it, move on.

You were making out with her. She got caught up in the moment. You objected. She stopped.

The difference between sexual battery and miscommunication is context. If she touched you knowing you would object, it then becomes battery. If she had touched you, you objected, and she persisted, it is sexual battery. I think you may have been sending mixed signal.

Are you serious? She grabbed your men and you yelled? There is no way this can be true.
