I thought it was from lack of sleep but I get 9-10 hours a night and it seems to be getting worse. Am I getting too much sleep now? I don't want to use make up, I'm a guy and I refuse. Is there any other way to get rid of them? And where do they come from?

TRY TEA BAGS THAT ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME OR CUCUMBERS ARE ANOTHER WAY TO GET RID OF THEM. JUST PUT THEM ON YOUR EYES FOR A FEW MINUTES A DAY. FREEZE A WASH CLOTH AND PLACE IT ON YOUR EYES IF THEY ARE PUFFY THAN TRY PREPARATION H ON THEM!THEY ARE CAUSED BY MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. IT MAY EVEN BE ALLERGIES SO YOU MAY NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Check for allergies. Dark circles under the eyes are a symptom of allergies. Try taking Claritin for a few days.

could be medical also. I would go see your doctor first. But I have heard tea bags, cucumbers and also hemmroids cream. But becareful and don't take a chance. It could get all cleared up if you went to see a doctor. It could be allergies or a lack of some vitamin.
Take care and good luck

Try the allergy meds and also if you freeze q-tips then pat them under your eyes in the morning it could help a bit..or the prep H...the helps more with swelling than darkness though. The Qtip thing works well though.

Use potato slices. Leave them on your eyes for 2-3 hours and take off. You will notice the difference.

It is in your genes and sometimes you just cant help it. Drinking a lot of water will also help. When you're dehydrated they get worse. Trust me i know. But on guys i honestly dont notice it as much. I wouldn't worry too much, and i'm glad you dont wear make up.

You may have alergies. My doctor noticed them under my eyes and told me that right away. Check with a doctor.
