Yes for sure. Ever heard of tornado, hurricane or cyclone. They are all wind energies and you must have seen videos of them blowing off houses from foundations.

Terminal velocity for a human body is about 200 kph., so any vertical air blast stronger than that will hold you aloft. And a tornado or hurricane can even bowl a car.

Any kind of energy can raise any object of any weight, given enough of it. Doesn't matter if its wind, water, sun, electrical, or what have you.

you did not state how the wind energy was generatedso my answer would be yes, we have airplains that fly.
