I have IBS, and lately it's been flipping out. I'm not stressed about anything, and I haven't been eating any weird foods. I'm nauseous, and my stomach hurts. I know its becuase of IBS, and not the flu or anything, because I've had it for so long. How do I make IBS go away? If it won't go away, how do I make it so I don't feel so yucky all the time?

I'm sorry to hear you're having so many problems with your IBS!! :-( I've heard of some new drugs on the market to treat IBS--maybe check with your doctor. I've never actually heard of a 'cure' for IBS, but I think they have things to help with the symptoms.
I've never actually been diagnosed with IBS, but I've had some similar problems. Something that I've found to help is a dietary supplement called acidophilus--it is one of the good bacterias like you'd find in yogurt. I can't eat a lot of yogurt, because my system kind of freaks out with dairy products any more, but the supplements have helped quite a bit to regulate the digestive system. It can take a couple weeks or more to get the stuff into your system, though. If you need temporary relief, try some antacids or Pepto-bismal or other over-the-counter meds.
Hope you feel better!
