I do winsor pilates and a tape by lesle sansone 20 min walk a mile 6 days a week n one or 2 days of tae bo i want to do more exerises to try to lose my fat more any suggestions? and does it really matter if i wear shoes? i only want exercises i can do in my home cuz i have 2 babies PLZ THANX

Leslie Sansone is a miracle worker. My mom first introduced me to her when I wanted to lose weight. But I also found that a great excercise to do is Stairs. If you have stairs in your house take five minutes and just run up and down them for five minutes. Take a 3 minute water break and then do five more minutes of stairs. pace yourself though. If you jump into it too eagerly, you get tired a lot faster and it makes it harder for your legs to respond. But this is a great excercise for working your leg muscles, and getting your heart rate up which will definitely burn calories.

i love leslie sansone she is the best i have and use all her dvd's! have you been to her website? www.walkawaythepounds.com i workout with her 2 hour's a day and i have 2 kid's,4-5 day's a week. i asked the same question about shoes and the answer i got was yes it matter's. it's a pain the a@@ when switching from pilates to leslie,trust me i know it lol shoe's hurt my feet! i was told if you do it on soft carpet you can go shoeless. i'm 260lbs so i only feel comfortable working out in my home,by myself! i aslo found another dvd's that kicks your butt but give's great results and fast.....Extreme makeover fitness: weight loss - beginner's it's 1 hour and 19 minute's long. it's kinda hard at first but you dont have to do the whole video at once,just do what you can. i love the upper body workout and the butt,hips and thigh's section (10 min's long)

Shoes should not matter for indoors, but you might consider putting your kids in a stroller and going for a brisk walk. Kids love the fresh air too and if you dress them accord they will be happy to get out of the house too

bodies in motion on fit TV and body sculpt with Gilda... he is so great.....I'm 42 and was 325lbs...and I'm now 50lbs from my goal....try it it works....good luck
