I got Sarcoidosis in 1993 and since then I have suffered depression, anxiety and lately OCD.

Sarcoidosis is a lung condition, so I wouldn't have thought that it would be directly related to mental health problems. However, I think that the symptoms you are suffering might exacerbate depression which in turn exacerbates OCD.
Go to your GP and see if he can help.

I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in '76. I have never been depressed but I have OCD.

The only link is STEROIDS !
The only treatment available for Sarcoidosis is Corticosteroids and steroids are very well known to produce depression as one of side effects.

of the lungs ?if you are on steroid medication for this condition then yes this is the norm i am afraid,i live in uk and i am not sure what your medications are called sorry
