I have got a new laptop and as ive been installing new programs its running a little bit slower. But does anyone know of any virus free software that can log your CPU or Ram usage or both?

AVG anti virus is free & this AVG antispyware
this will log all the pc

Try pressing control+alt+delete at the same time and then click on "Task Manager" - this will give you a list of processing running and how much cpu memory they are using.

CPU-z or Mother-board monitor. These will show and catalogue your laptops performance, with real-time guages and all.

erm.... if you check your cpu usage(built in dont you know that) you should get all the info you need
