Organization in a religious sense refers to those who prefer a church (to feel part of something) and a clergyperson (their conduit to upstairs) over a personal relationship with their higher power.

In this case the better antonym would be "unorganized" rather than disorganized.

They are referring to tradional churches who have set statements of faith and expect you to believe those statements.

Most statements of faith have errors and in most churches the errors are pretty bad.

Usually people who have problems with organized religion are just Christians who can't find a church to go to that matches their beliefs so that they can enjoy the sermons and the company.

dunno christianity isnt a very organized religion. it has how many different sects and how often do we see one splitting from another? none of them can agree on the bible. the bible written by common fisherman, and peasants
