It just mean some thing bad happened to you and you are dwelling on it and it seems like more and more things are happeneing because you are letting them. You get pissed and of course its ganna end badly try holding your anger. Give it some time to heal and it will heal but nothing ever just goes back the way. DOnt let it get too outta hand.

I think you might be depressed. I know that's what everybody says, and they seem to blame depression everytime someone says they feel sad about something. But there is such a thing as being situationally depressed. If it seems to be a recent thing, it may be that you are just in a period of adjustment to the whole college thing, and add to that the fact that you are working. All of these things cause stress, whether you want to admit it or not (some people don't). I'd encourage you to try to ride it out and not give up on it. Find someone you can talk to when you're stressed out, if you can. The first year of college for me was the worst. After that I had the time of my life. It's normal what you're going through, in my opinion. And it never hurts to get counseling. a lot of schools have quite a few resources for people going through this type of thing. I think it's just a matter of working through it to find out what works for you and what doesn't. Good luck with everything, I wish you the best.

It means your human.
There are many things that could be going on in your life that cause you to feel and act the way you do. The simple fact that you have started college and are working as well has probably caused an increase in your stress level, which in turn has contributed to you getting angry at things that normally wouldn't get you angry, which in turn has caused you to become sad.
Does that mean you have bipolar disorder or depression, most likely no, but if it continues to be problematic you should seek some help and not from an online community. I wish you the best of luck.

Be patient with yourself. It seems you have a LOT to handle, school, financial worries, etc. Stress could be causing you to feel the way you do. Or, if you have lost something recently, like a relationship, a move away from family, etc. these changes could be causing your symptoms. Your school probably has a counselling service, why not give them a try. Good luck.

sounds like you're stressed....stress will make you have periods of feeling low, have a short fuse which causes you to feel oversensitive and easily irritated even by things that don't usually set you off. as far as the pessimistic attitude, it may just be a part of your personality, or it may be a mild depressive episode causing you to see nothing but the negative side of things. if you were in a parking lot and it was sprinkling rain, and you go running to the door and as soon as you walk in it starts pouring down....would you be the one that says Man, that stupid rain got me all wet, or would you be the one to say Whew at least i got in before i got soaked?? what i'm trying to show you is that things in life usually have good things that you will find....you said "i cant see any thing i am doing is ending happily", maybe you just need to look a little further past all the bad you're seeing and recognize that there's good there....i'm not saying it will be easy...just take college for example you said "i started college and am doing so so"....well, at least you're doing pretty good and not failing all your classes....sometimes you have to look past the picture painted right in front of you and look for the one hidden within....good luck to you!!

Sounds like stress or depression. Maybe you should seek help from a good psychiatrist (does not mean you are crazy!) she/he could probably put you on some kind of medication so you could start feeling alot better.
