to reduce the CHANCE of becoming diabetic, or reduce risks once you are diabetic? it's all about controlling your blood sugar level. Your dietary sugars should be natural sugars, like fructose from fruits, and sugars that occur naturally in food products. You need to cut out candy sugars, beer and alcohol (which can be high in sugar, but also thin your blood, thus impacting your blood sugar level)

a healthy diet full or fresh fruits and veggies is perfect for the diabetic, combined with exercise to maintain a healthy weight for your body, and things should be good. If you ARE diabetic, follow your doctors orders ALWAYS and don't fool around with insulin. Take it as prescribed. And talk to your doctor abour your dietary and nutrition needs.

if you are NOT diabetic, talk about how you can reduce your risks with your doctor.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I'd read that you should follow the hypoglycemic index for chosing your diet if you're diabetic.

To be safe, contact the nutritionist at your local hospital.

The American Diabetes Association has lots of information too.

Diets with low glycemic index.
Means no to pasta and white bread and yes to oats, barley soup and whole wheat or soy spaghetti.
Too much protein in one meal is just as bad as too much sugar so not too much in one sitting.
Exercise is important for your hormones, internal organs just as it is for your heart and muscles so get started.
