if you have an attorney, call them, tell them what the kids are going through and see if he can get supervised visitations or something like that where the kids don't have to be around him by themselves or just refuse to let the kids go to see him. If he raises a stink about it . let him take you to court and then you can tell the judge what is going on. And please, please take that poor dog away where he can't kick it any more. Turn his *** into animal control. they will get him

You need to get a court order for supervised visitation with their dad. Don't let him come anywhere near the dog. If you have a lawyer dicuss making changes in visitation. Otherwise you will have to petition the court. He is totally out of control and needs to take anger management classes. They may not allow him to see the kids -- if you're lucky.

Just talk to him and tell him that the kids are saying that they are afraid to come. Tell him that if he does that in front of the kids then you will go to court and that might stop him.
Careful, people do crazy things when they lose there temper, he might hurt the kids and it is dangerous.

Yeah that's real - I agree anyone cruel to animals is just cruel - he wouldn't be around my babies cutting up, making them all scared and nervous. . NOT. And don't you make them go back over there if they don't want to. I'd get a lawyer so fast it would make his head spin and he'd have supervised visitation. Or I would make a condition of visitiation that he take anger management.

you know this answer. you don't allow the father to see the kids again, till he takes anger mgmt, classes and you tell those kids that what he did was wrong, and that you never do that to a animal.
tell them that there are times that an adult doesn't think straight, and then they have to go and get help so they don't hurt people or animals
if this doesn't stop, he WILL hurt those kids, and you!!

Get a good lawyer and limit visitation to supervised only. Anyone who harms animals is dangerous. Protect your children.

You have to mention this to your lawyer and state your concerns in written form. Remember: an incident that isn't reported in written form- didn't happen.
