Usually where the sexual organs will be (under the anus) if the shape is circular it is a male and more a triangular shape it's a female. My Grandmother use to do it an she was 100% accurate but she had done it for a long time.

By this age you can tell. You can tell from the minute they're born if you have a boy or girl. I have 7 week old kittens, and I could tell from the minute they were born that they were all boys. If the momma cat will tolerate it pick them up briefly and check for a set of nuts. My momma cat trusted me to pick her babies up right away. We tried not to pick them up much before their eyes opened so they wouldn't get scared.

It is easy to differentiate the sexes once they are born

At three weeks old you should be able to tell. If she doesn`t have those two little buldges she is a female and she will stay that way.

what do you mean going to stay a female? They don't change sex!!!! Once they are born they are the sex they are going to be.
