i have a pug myself...they are great with all ages ...i have 2 kids, 4 and 1
ive never had any problems as far as temperment goes, he is a little too nice
if someone he doesnt know comes in he is friendly too them
they do snore and breath loudly
they like to dig at things, mine has dug a hole in my deck!
they are playful as puppies and tend to be very lazy
they will do anything for your affection and attention
when housebreaking one you have to do it lovingly instead of reprimanding them
if they are reprimanded it tends to make things worse instead of teaching them like most dogs
overall a wonderful pet

Pugs are wonderful dogs they are very loyal and love people. They are great with kids and also tend to be good with other animals. They are said not to shead much but my pug use to shead like crazy.

My best friend has a pug dog that thinks he's human. As a matter of fact, so does she. We call him 'her younger son'. He whines when she goes somewhere and he can't; he'll hold a grudge for at least an hour; he ALWAYS wants to play when she sits down; he thinks the cats are his toys; he knows what you tell him to find - 'go get your rope' gets a different toy than 'go get your ball' or 'go get your hamburger' (he has a squeaky plastic hamburger he loves). He's smart, cute, friendly, looks good in a 3 piece suit (she got him one after MIB2 came out, but no cigar). They're fairly delicate, however, and hers requires a lot of medical attention, and they really don't like cold. They shiver almost as much as chihuahuas do! Nemo says thanks for the love! (I call him fuzzy pac-man because his head opens up completely, just like a pac man, but she named him Nemo)

I used to walk a couple of Pugs they can be very playful but it really depends on the dog. Most dogs have their own personality.

i think of chester is stunning... my pal has a pug and he or she named him pug cuz she couldnt think of of a attractiveness for him... yet yeah.. i think of chester is a sturdy call, oliver is purely too simple...

iv'e never had I but all the people i no who have had them love them they say they can be well trained obeident dogs - i think their cute i was thinking about getting one

there not really good dogs to have my moms friend has one and she says it sneezing all the time like every 5 or 10 mins

they are cute, but not a lot of them have good temperment, and can be very viscious. also, they usually just wnt to lay around and be lazy. I would suggest getting a dauschund, they have awesome personalitlies and are very loving yet protective!
