Sorry, that has to do with your skeletal frame. Can't change it! You could grow some nice big saddlebags...but that's kind of gross. otherwise, just feel lucky you don't have wide hips.

How old are you? If you're under 16, just wait for your body to mature. If you're older than that, what is your body type? Do you have narrow hips but some pudge on your stomach? Or are you really skinny all over? If you're skinny all over, try getting more calories and protein in your diet. (I don't mean just pig out at mcdonalds, it needs to be useful calories, not fatty ones). If when you gain a little weight, it's in your stomach, then don't bother trying to put on more weight hoping that it will go to your hips, it won't. Do sit ups and keep in shape and having a slimmer waist will make your hips look bigger. Doing squats and lunges can help build muscle in your upper legs and butt and help to make your lower body more proportional.

If you're talking about your bone structure, have a kid.
As far as muscles... do leg lifts while laying on your side, lunges to tone and make your butt cute.
Also, try different exercises to make your waist smaller so your hips look bigger in comparison.
Hope this helps.
oh, and remember the old adage about chocolate?? "A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!"

Your hips are your bones, you can't do anything to change their size. If you want to be bigger all over then you need to gain some weight.

Well of course you cannot modify your bones unless you have surgery. What you CAN do is minimize your waist to give your hips more of a curvy look.

as the saying implies--once on the lips, forever on the hips! most women are predisposed to gain weight in their midsection and hips--you can't change your bone structure, but you can add more muscle to those areas instead of fat--lots of lunges and squats.
