Love IS nothing more than a chemical reaction little different than consuming large amounts of chocolate. You don't even choose who you love, that determination is made by your past experiences combined with some effect of empathy or altruism and some form of neurological cost-benefit analysis.
Love is little more than a complex psychomathematical equation run via a neural network.

yes, the love between a male and female is the result of certain chemicals.this love is a cosmetic name of sex. without sex who would see the image of moon in the face his or her beloved. all such poetry will lose any meaning.and my dear friend, sex is certainly result of some harmones and other chemicals.and if we want to understand really what love is, then we will have to jump into spirituality.either you love the whole universe or you do not love anyone.one may have preferences, but actual love is never ristricted to one person.

I think love is a GREAT gift from God! You can love someone, but not all "love" going around the earth is true and pure. True and pure love comes from God.
