My kids love sugary cereal, am I better off giving them Frosted Flakes, or Corn Flakes with me putting a teaspoon or two of sugar on them?? I want them to have the least amount of sugar (of course)

If you get Frosted Flakes, they'll love them but they're too sugary. If you get corn flakes, they won't believe you're putting enough sugar on them.

Perfect solution: do what my mother did with Lucky Charms and Cheerios: mix them!

Take a large pan or bowl: empty both boxes and gently mix with a large wooden spoon or spatula. Refill both boxes and give the Frosted Flakes box to the kids. They won't realize the difference and you'll have reduced the sugar intake by 50%. When that box is empty, refill from the corn flakes box then throw the corn flakes box away.

Corn flakes with sugar. As previously said, a lot of the sugar will slide off the flakes, so even if you put the same amount of sugar on the corn flakes as is in the frosted flakes, your kids won't get as much.
Even better is if you can get them to eat fruit with the cereal instead of dumping sugar on. Though I'd recommend fresh slices rather than the junk cereal manufacturers put in cereal (dried fruit).

I would think that putting a teaspoon or two of sugar on Corn Flakes would be better than letting them eat Frosted Flakes.

Corn Flakes has less sugar. If you so much as want to sweeten it, just try putting about half a teaspoon of sugar in the cereal, and it will be enough to satisfy your sweet buds, otherwise in cold milk the cornflakes are really good.

It really depends on what my mood is. Usually, I like the plain corn flakes and putting on my own sugar, which I put less than what is on Frosted Flakes.

If you feed them corn flakes and add two tsp of sugar you gonna have about 35 carbs per serving. look on the box of Frosted flakes and see if you got more or less carbs in the frosty Flakes. you have to watch the labels on food containers for the amount of carbs or you gonna be getting more that you should. no more than 60 carbs per meal for an adult.

give them the corn flakes, at least you can control the amount of sugar. I hate sugary cereals, personally

Get a small box of BLUE CORN FLAKES(see how they like it) and GOAT'S MILK. Naturally sweet on both parts. I know I usually give scarastic answers but I'm serious on this one.

However if that sounds too foolish try this, the regular corn flakes and Turbino sugar.

Your better off with the corn flakes then, or if you want to be extra healthy get some bran flakes, i find it taste better then corn flakes anyways.
