Does anyone know how to start micro braids from the root? I mean how to get the knot to stay.?

You know micro's are very skinny braids. So if you know how to start single braids or if you know a webiste, please tell me. I use to know how but then I stopped so now I'VE FORGOTTEN!! I just need to know how to get the knot in the top of the hair (how to keep the hair together and from sliding down)

It's not so much a "knot". If I remember correctly you should consider it a "loop". So take the extension hair loop it around a strand of yours...taughtly...then from there begin braiding. Incorporating you hair and the extension hair together. I hope this help you out ma'am.
