my wife has this, she usesd sage water in her bath, and washes with oats in a muslin bag... all the rednees and soreness has gone...

sage (as in sage and onion stuffing) is a dried herb, boil an oz in a pint of water, strain and keep the liquid..add a slosh to the bathwater

Ive had excema since i was born too, ive tried so many different creams and some are more effective than others but none have ever completely got rid of it. to get rid of the dryness and to soothe try something like E45 cream or some type of aqueous cream, you can get these over the counter, but for more stronger treatment that should go some way to clearing the excema you really need steriod creams but you will have to go to your doctor to get a prescription for it. Also be careful what washing powder you use on your clothes and what stuff you use in the shower/bath coz this can affect your excema, ask your docotor what he advises

I've had eczema but not since I was born. I had it since I was about 8-13/14 now it's gone. You should really se a doctor (a dermatologist) about this.

Ultrivate works really well, plus there is a fairly new product called Elidel that I've heard good things about too.

hydrocortisone cream, it's a steroid, so not good for facial regions or long term use but it will do the trick.
