You can try www.everbank.com. I opened an account online without having to show up in person to sign papers.

One thing to keep in mind is that the bank will deduct some money from your interest because you don't have US tax ID.

If you have access to open bank account in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan etc (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside ), you may want to consider them instead of an US account. Adding the service fee from PayPal, commission from eBay, bank fees and tax withhold you may not get much for your trouble.

Best wishes.

What you probably want to do is look at some american banks, such as bank of america, online, which is pretty much intenational throughout the whole world. There you can open up an account online through their server. I hope that this information was helful.

Paypal allows you to with draw moneny. I presume that once you send the request they will transfer to your bank. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at
