SOOOOO EASY !!!Use nothing but 100% pure juice such as concord grape juice, check label to make sure its 100% Put about 1 cup of sugar per 1/2 gal of juice and make sure it is disolved in the juice. .Add 1 package of yeast to the juice, put a balloon over the mouth of battle and sit this in a dark place or cover it with a paper bag with the top of the bottle and balloon uncovered. One way is turn the paper bag upside down over bottle and make a holr in the bottom of bag so the top of bottle and baloon will sick out.. Palce in a place of about 65--70 degrees and the gas will cause the balloon to inflate after about 10 days the balloon will go down and you will have wine ready to drink//Pour this into clean bottles without disturbing yeast sediment in the bottom of your container... A clean plastic 1/2 or 1 gallon milk jug should do the job just fine, thenyou can pour your wine into some glass jars after it has fermented..

If you want it to taste like something other than grape flavored bread dough, do not use baking yeast. It will make an alcoholic brew, but tastes nasty.
Get some wine yeast...if you can't find a local home brewing store, order some on line at http://morewinemaking.com
Make sure your 1.5l bottle is sterilized...very carefully pour boiling water into it, slosh it around (use a towel or pot holders) and pour it out...keep it clean. Add your juice to the bottle and shake it very hard to add oxygen. When that's done, add your packet of wine yeast (one packet is good for up to 5 gallons). With a whole packet, it will be done very quickly. Do the balloon trick with the top, but poke a very tiny hole in it to let the gas escape. You want to do this to keep the oxygen and bugs out, but let the CO2 escape without blowing the balloon off. Keep it someplace dark and about room temperature.

In about a week or two, it will be fairly clear with the yeast settled to the bottom. You want to boil some tubing (again, to sterilize it) and then siphon the clear part away from the sediment...into another sterilized container. Let it sit for another week or two to settle, and now you have your wine. It will only be about 1/2 to 3/4 of a liter...you never have exactly as much wine as the amount of juice you started with.

I think if you are craving something that sweet, you should be checked for diabetes. People who have diabetes (and have not been diagnosed yet) are so thirsty they can drink a swimming pool of liquids. It has nothing to do with being a superwoman, or being obese. It has to do with a pancreas that does not work. Peace. PS I was diagnosed with diabetes after I went through episodes of unquenchable thirst.

I guess if you added champagne yeast and hot a H20 to let out the carbon dioxide and stored it in a cool dark place you would get alcohol, but it would tast horrible.
