Soy milk is good but they say soy causes cancer now so what can you do, coconut milk is good, rice, evaporated just make sure you add equal parts water to the evaporated milk to get the full benefits. If you're not allergic to milk which would be a pro drink as much as you like and if you are which is a con then you'll need to use 1% or stop milk all together

I like soya milk. It's very low in fat, and high in protein. It's very healthy. I also heard that it's got something similar to female hormone, so, it's good for you if you suffer from HAIRINESS like I do. Mmmm, thinking back again, when I was in Japan I used to eat soya products every day, and I think I was less hairy...But I've just started drinking soya milk not so long ago, so I haven't seen the result yet. Hope it works.

'blue top' or 'silver top' full fat milk is best. Milk is remanufactured and mixed with other ingredients but 'full fat' milk goes through fewer stages so its more nutritious. Read the attatched link for more information about this.
"Inside the plants all you can see is stainless steel. Inside that machinery, milk shipped from the farm is completely remade. First it is separated in centrifuges into fat, protein and various other solids and liquids. Once segregated, these are reconstituted to set levels for whole, low-fat and no-fat milks; in other words, the milk is reconstituted to be completely uniform. Of the reconstituted milks, whole milk will most closely approximate original cow's milk. The butterfat left over will go into butter, cream, cheese, toppings and ice cream. The dairy industry loves to sell low fat milk and skim milk because they can make a lot more money from the butterfat when consumers buy it as ice cream. When they remove the fat to make reduced fat milks, they replace the fat with powdered milk concentrate, which is formed by high temperature spray drying. All reduced-fat milks have dried skim milk added to give them body, although this ingredient is not usually on the labels. The result is a very high-protein, lowfat product. Because the body uses up many nutrients to assimilate protein—especially the nutrients contained in animal fat—such doctored milk can quickly lead to nutrient deficiencies."

Random fact: We are the only beings who drink milk from another animal. I love cow's milk (2%). But I also like 8th Continent brand soy milk. Soy milk has a bit of a texture you will have to get used to, but it comes in yummy flavors like original, vanilla, and chocolate!! It goes really good with cereal and dunking cookies. I switch between the two (cow and soy). Both have good vitamin benefits and soy milk has protein. Enjoy!!

Cows milk is not that great for anyone. Putting it on cereal is not so bad though. I would choose organic, grass fed skim milk if you want to keep using cows milk though. Soy milk is different but not bad on cereal at all.

I love cows milk. I have tried soy milk and it has a weird texture to me and a very water down taste. Hormone free cows milk is the best, but it is also the most expensive.

Soy milk can have a lot of genetically-modified components; Rice milk lacks the protein. I am a fan of free-range non-homogenized, non-pasteurized, organic milk. Homogenization is what causes have of the problems in the gut because it alters the cellular structure.
