so, i met this guy a while back. we've gone out a few times, hang out at his place a few times a week, and (though I should have waited) we are sleeping together. There is a significant age difference, so we decided not to rush into things. I think he's fantastic, and truly hope that our relationship will develop into something serious. However, I don't know what to make of his actions.
He calls me at least twice a day. We have lunch together once a week, dinner once a week, hang out with mutual friends, and by ourselves. He cooks for me if I'm there at dinner time, lights my cigarettes, and is compliments me. However, he'll say things sometimes that make me feel pushed away. For example, if i say "i've missed you," his response will be " you just saw me a few days ago." And when I ask him what he's doing a certain night, he always says, i don't know if i'm busy or not... and eventually will either make plans, or won't.
I need some advice guys, what's going on? is he into me or not?

Rule #1 Never tell a man you miss him unless he's your husband. Let him miss you.

Rule #2 Never ask him out or inquire of his whereabouts. He'll think you're controlling.

Rule #3 Do not spend all of your free time together. He'll never miss you.

Rule #4 Never agree to take things slow if that's not what you want. If you want a relationship be up front. If you agreed to take things slow you can't complain when things are moving too slow.

Rule #5 Never over analyze the situation. Over thinking only stresses you out and the problem is made to look bigger than what it really is.

Girlfriend...Sometimes I think we just can't win! It's just like that! We do and say everything we think we feel, and we are either doing to much, or not enough. I think he just wants you around when he wants you. Seems like if we hold out on the sex, some hangs around until they get it, then they act like they just don't want to be bothered. My advice to you is just to Pray and ask GOD to put you in the right place at the right time, to meet Mr. Right. I believe God can do anything! God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honey,,,,he is definitely into you !!!!!!!!!!

Those things he says that you don't understand are ways of keeping you on your toes....

I don't think they are meant to be rude or anything like that.

Sounds like you got a keeper there sweetie.

If you don't want any negative feedback from your eagerness or validation of affection. Give some space and let him miss and want you.

by the looks of it he seems like he really into you. Guy's express their selves differently through sense of humor althrough we don't get it. I feel you should express to him how you feel and let him know how you feel.

he's probably having these moments of masculine angst where he tries to pretend to his own ego that he's big mr. cool and is totally unreachable. that's men baby ; )
