No particular Bunny ears necessary for the hot TVs available...you have heard the "revenues gimmick" of the last decade.... you surely might desire to connect up with Dish community or Verizon television....2 channels while there is 6 "air" networks available? AND over 2 hundred channels on satellite tv for pc/Cable? you're lacking lots....

if it's a LCD tv, yes... if it's a LCD monitor, no... it needs to have a tuner to watch tv... you could also use a separate tv tuner with a LCD monitor...
