Less harmful to eat 10 cookies once a week... then you can recover from the glycemic shock and get back to a healthier nutrition pattern without the food cravings induced by sugar for the rest of the week.
Although, of course, it's fine to eat CHOCOLATE cookies any time you want. Especially with a bottle of fine brunello.
Hi Chetco! ;-)

From a caloric standpoint...2 cookies per day. If you count weekends that is 14 cookies in one week.
From a health standpoint...10 cookies once a week is too much for your body to handle. I can't imagine eating that many cookies in one day when 2 cookies makes me feel a little ill. Plus you can't work off 10 cookies in one day.
btw...If you are on a diet you shouldn't be eating cookies.

I would say the 2 cookies per day is better as long as you did not go over the caloric intake for the day and you exercise .. but 10 cookies at one sitting plus all the food you ate throughout the day you will surely gain a pound if not 2

You would do more harm with the 10 cookies at once . The extra calories would be more likely to be stored as fat as compared to the 2 cookies that would be burnt more efficiently.

Well two cookies a day would be 14 in a week, whereas 10 cookies once a week is well 10 cookies a week. So I think its safe to say that 10 cookies is better than 14 cookies. :)

It is the Kellogg brand that has been recalled. They're not cookies but rather the peanut butter and cracker snacks. Call your local Poison Control Center or the Health Department to see if your brand was affected. Probably not unless it was Kellogg. I hope you're O.k. *Edit* The latest news tonight (21 Jan) has included peanut butter cookies and jarred peanut butter. General Mills and their peanut related products have now been added to the list. Let us know if you're O.k.

it's more harmful to eat 10 cookies in one sitting. Your body has to work harder to process the carb and sugar than if it was only 2 a day

2 cookies a day is probably better, because you will burn them off individually and wont push you over your calorie intake much, but 10 cookies in ONE day will push you over for that day. So Def 2 cookies a day is better.
