How the heck do you get a CD stuck in a modem? You mean the cd drive?

Hmm a CD stuck in a modem??? husband play cards for hrs??? beer probably consumed??? husband probably a.....??? well back to the question first show your husband that the modem is not were the cd's go,second get his fat *** of the computer and do something usefull like probably cleaning the patio or something.

The modem? This much be a new feature for modems, mine doesn't seem to have a slot to insert a CD at all...
Tell him to use the CD player next time!

i think you mean the cd got stuck in the drive on your cpu. modems connect the phone line and comp cd's have nothing to do with them.
there's a pin sized hole somewhere on the cd drive usually on the front near the on button, stick a pen point or something in there and it should pop right out wether the comp is on or off

Here's the deal: Your husband is not playing "cards" for hours. Men don't do anything for hours unless it involves getting their d*** sucked, soooo I think you need to forget about that CD and get the heck outta there.

I think you mean the cd driver.
I have had the driver actully crack a cd before! Never knew that could happen, but it does.
Try pushing in on the tray after you push the button to release the cd.

its mechanical. try holding the button down for a while instead of just pressing it. i had to pry mine a few times.
