We have proof that life can exist in this universe. If life came to be on this planet it has happened in countless other galaxies as well. The universe is teeming with life, it's just that it's so big and the distances to travel so vast that contact with extra terrestrials is a long shot. It's like two ants on opposite sides of this planet meeting. It's possible but not probable. Unless someone finds a way around the speed of light dilemma.

I also think that there are other realms of existence other than the the 3D world we live in, again, why wouldn't there be? But once again I don't think they have contacted, much less controlled this realm. No real evidence

Just because I'm Atheist it doesn't mean I think we are the only living things anywhere. I can't prove it, it's just an opinion.

I am willing to accept the notion of there being life out on other worlds. I also will happily accept the probability that there is intelligent life out there. If we were alone in the universe...well...that would suggest to me that there really is a short-sighted deity of some kind out there.

I will acknowledge that there are UFOs in existence...with emphasis on the first par to the acronym: UNIDENTIFIED. There are a large number of air and sky phenomenon, and many of them are not always recognized as natural by witnesses. I will need substantial evidence that a UFO is an extraterrestrial craft with intelligent beings aboard, though.

I think there is life beyond this planet; besides it's like they said in that movie Contact: If isn't life out there that's an awfully big waste of space. Finding it however is like playing the lottery; you just have to get lucky once to get the prize. Now I will not say what kind of beings they would be, but hopefully they are a far cry from what the evil aliens they often depict in the movies.

Higher intelligence? Is this bait, as in a God?? I do not beleive it is so.

UFOs, I beleive, are doubtful. I beleive that the universe is a vast place and that mathematically, there HAS TO BE other life forms to be found on other planets in other solar systems. However, while they may be more highly advanced than our society today (or, perhaps even just begining life forms), I doubt they travel millions of light years to probe us anally....

As an Atheist I have to say that I believe that intelligence exists outside of the earth.
However, having said that I cannot believe that we have been visited by said intelligence.
SETI will be our first encounter with an alien intelligence.

Of course there is no evidence of life out of this planet, but I really doubt that we are the only living civilisation in the universe. There have to be some other living creatures out there. But I'm an unbeliever, not a scientist. So this is not based on any theorical knowledge. It's common sense, which doesn't always work.

It would be kinda stupid to absolutely believe that we are the only ones in this universe. That's not the same as believing in God, mind you. We're still discovering new animals in this world, so who's to say that there's nothing out there? I'm not an Alien Fanatic, but I am agnostic in that sense.

And that myboys person seems to have been abducted once or twice.

The existence of Intelligent Alien life forms are consistent with what we know about the universe. I believe it is also possible for them to be 'humanoid'
However I do not believe the common alien visitation stroies have any substance.

There has to be intelligence outside of ourselves, and much greater than ourselves, for the world in which we live has been so perfectly designed. Now, I don't believe in alien life, as in beings who live on other planets, if that's what you were referring to with UFOs. While it seems probable that there is life out in space because of the sheer vastness of space, the chances that any other planet has everything that it needs for life as we know it is face greater then number of planets. Yet another proof that this world on which we live has been so perfectly and intelligently designed for us.

I believe there has to be highly intelligent "aliens" outside of our planet because the universe is simply too vast and it is very arrogant to believe we are all alone in it.
