The 2 aren't really related unless you're fat and have pimples because you're eating greasy food and chocolate and other things causing you to break out. If you eat better, you could technically have better skin if you're not eating greasy bad food anymore. But if your acne is caused by something else other than your diet, try Noxema or other over the counter stuff... if that doesn't work... go for Proactiv.

Cut out the greasy foods and stop eating meat. Drink lots of water, and try switching to soy-milk. Believe me, it works!

eat healthy foods in good portion sizes. and don't touch your face and wash your face every day morning and night. its not rocket science
