No. Prices are not guaranteed by any store. Their costs vary and they have to be competitive. Look Corus shaked hands with Tata in india just to get cheap labour

They will all do it - if you see something cheaper elsewhere and go into the Curry's store they will match it.

they seem to have, but it is better to check they have before you buy anything. They will probably say yes. Better still, check prices and go ask them to match. I know they do this.
