how to tell if someone has but a black magic spell on your child and what should you do to get rid of it?

There wouldn't be a certain way of knowing if there is a black magic spell on somebody, but if you feel something wrong, if the baby keeps crying for no reason then you should take him to imam or religious scholar who can remove the black magic spells. Usually reciting Ayatul Kursi, Surah An-Nas, Surah Al-Falaq should protect your child from any spells.

No. Black magic is shirk. And you know shirk is the only unforgivable sin. The expression there are no rules in love and war reflects the idealogy of a society. This is not the ideals of Islam. There are rules for wars. And no, black magic would not be permissable during wartimes. But for example, lying during a war then yes.

black magic is true and harmful. It comprises 2 types:
1)the black magic which affects morals and minds. This may lead to madness.
2) the other which causes harm to the body(any organ in the body).
A simple propylaxis against magic is to eat 7 dates in the morning.
Don't go to people who will give you amulet which comprises even a verse of quran. It is prohibited in islam to go to fortune tellers or magicians for they are wrong doers.
if the infliction is caused by the evil eye or envy, do wudu.
Narrated aisha(ra) : Rasul (pbuh) cure this sickness by RUQYA recitation" in the name of Allah, the earth of our land the saliva of one of us may cure our patient with the permission of the lord.'
The rasulullah(pbuh) while reciting the Ruqya, put of his saliva on his index finger and touched the earth with it and applied the resulting mixture to the place of the ailment.
Al Ruqya with the quran and the Mu'auwidhat(the last 2 suras of the quran).
narrated Aisha(ra): During his fatal illness, the Prophet(pbuh) used to recite Mu'auwidhat (surat al falaq and annas) and then blow his breath over his body. When his illness was aggravated. I used to recite this 2 suras and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hands for its blessings.
The healer by Ruqya should differentiate between psychiatric patients and the patients touched by jinn.
Psychiatric patients are those suffering from social or any trouble reflected aferwards on their character and behavior. For example, a student who was excellent in all years but failed once, he began to have hallucinations etc.such cases should be referred to psychiatrists. If of illments caused by bacterias, viruses, to a medical doctor. A sudden change of personality is more with jinn's touch.

they mess with majick all right there is majick which is ok in Islam and some majick which is not allowed in islam

all depend on our HEART whether we believe in God 100% or jus fifty fifty.if ur heart 100% believe in God n love his messenger much then even sholawat will able to get rid of it
